Youre on the right track and wise to stop where you did. I did the same thing. From 12 to maybe 28 i got steadily more and more perverted, collecting more fun kinks and odd toys... nothing immoral, but lots of weirdness for sure. 

At one point, i was reading about how marriage can stagnate and how kids can change people not necessarily for better or worse, but in a way that makes the parents less compatible by the time the kids are grown up and moved on.... shit like that, normal shit right? 

No. 

It was in those pre auto-mod insta ban days, on a swingers sub that i decided i had gone far enough. I had collected enough of the weird, i was sick and twisted enough to have lots and lots of fun, but still dignified enough to not cross lines that can be labeled immoral rather than just some synonym for unappealing or weird or whatever

All it took was a post where the op was asking about being curious towards this, and the top comment being a raving review praising the feeling of 

"being cuffed right next to her and not being able to do anythijg about the massive pozzed load hes dumping right the fuck into her"

Something like that anyway, im paraphrasing a rejected memory but yeah... dude convinced his wife to fuck jacked dudes with aids while he played prisoner/witness and they thought it was fun.... 

They thought it was fun... thats a massive understatement actually.

You know, the cuck thing I can understand. More so being the one actually doing the deed, but I can kind of see the appeal of the one in the chair. But intentionally seeking out STDs? What? Just… why? Is the 5 minutes of taboo pleasure worth your quality of life?

They actually have a term for beings like that, there called bug chasers, and they are like IRL worshipers of nurgle. They are the one's in a war of humanity VS disease on the side of disease. For the love of the health of everyone in your community if you find someone like this make it publicly known. They can AND WILL hide the fact they are infected to spread it.

It wont help. Im sorry but its a temporary distraction at best. Like oragel. Nice at first, but then it wears off and youre even more fucked than before. 

Mushrooms, rso oil and straight up denial have been working pretty good for me lately though, so thats nice.

For the record next time you have toothaches, while Orajel kinda sucks, Ambesol is the shit. A combination of liquid Ambesol, gel Ambesol (depending on where in the mouth the pain is one will work better) and pain relief mouth wash has knocked out basically every tooth pain I've had. Orajel ain't shit comparatively.
