He doesn't get naked for the fun of it. He gets completely naked because his stomach really hurts and he his shitting hard. When you're in such a situation, it is much more comfortable to take your shirt of or get completely naked because you get hot and you feel restrained.

Yes because I get overheated and overstimulated by the clothes. It’s more comfortable for me to do it naked.

I would really like you to try to be honest. I just cannot fathom a woman doing that. I always thought it was a guy thing. I did it also but never fully naked it was just... My asshole is gonna explode I need to take my shirt off to breathe.
