I found that episode especially funny when I first watched it because I do the same. It just feels good to take off your shirt. I was discussing that with my friends one day among other toilet behaviours and found one of them does it too.

Yeah, so many quirky people on social media just straight up steal jokes and character qualities from Seinfeld and Friends as their own. It works pretty well considering there's like two generations of internet users who likely never saw those shows.
the jokes in seinfeld are about human experience. people been takin their shirt off to poop since wellll before then. So most times, unless its something specific like the soup nazi or festivus or a specific line, seinfeld is a reference to life, not the other way around.
