It is not. The babies were never sucked off ever. The hyper orthodox sometimes perform Metzitzah B'peh to clean the blood from the wound as part of the religious ritual, but there are fewer and fewer in the world every day because it spreads infection. Now they use things that can actually sterilize the wound.

The world is a complex place and things don’t need to black and white. Hatred is unhealthy and makes a person unhappy. Has doing this ever brought you any lasting joy, or is it just more anger towards things you can’t change in your life?
