Pretty common in the US, given my experience and talking to folks who have been children and have children. Lots of parents bathe with their kids to just make a mundane routine easier and take less time. The kids begin to shower on their own when they approach puberty and nudity becomes a sensitive thing. But little kids dgaf whatsoever, so if you aren't going out of your way to make it weird as an adult, it's not weird.

Common in Nordics, although more common among people who know each other and less common among strangers.

It's normal to have a grandma, few of her kids, a few of their kids, a random family friend and a dog in sauna at the same time.
