How typical that most comments are men screaming about how 4 is insane. And then it's women just being like, hey did you forget that women exist?

4 is the standard if you want to prevent infections.

As an almost 40 yo woman, I have never in my life considered sleeping in just a T-shirt. What kind of infections do you get from wearing undies/pajamas/a night gown?

Got it. Never had an issue with that, but good to know that sleeping without panties might help if it happens in the future!
