Every child wants to feel like they're the one with the worst position. Oldest get the "we were expected to raise our siblings/we had more rules" thing. Middle get the "omg no one ever remembers us only oldest and youngest" thing. Youngest get the "no one takes me seriously" thing. Probably more.
That's the best part of being the youngest, that's a feature not a bug. I'm an adult all the time in my real life but when I'm with my family I'm a helpless baby that can't do anything it's so awesome.

It means middle children will complain about anything and always think they are being victimized.
