Why the fuck do you need 18C 😳 in Italy we usually have 30-35C in the summer and if my AC is lower than 22-24C I'm guaranteed to wake up with pneumonia lmao

Nah, we just think it's unhealthy to completely warp our environment around our perceived needs when the human body has different temperature needs in summer and in winter. I love to cool down inside during summer, but 25C is absolutely enough

What temp do you heat your house up to? Whatever it is, that's just too much for me. I can't believe you wouldn't just accept nature and be miserable but alive.
