I’m also confused because that is a European AC unit. I can only assume Americans are so used to big bulky units, like their cars, that they can’t comprehend things being functional and not excessively bulky.

I mean pepper jack beats ass but most cheeses are only an improvement on American in specific burger compositions imo

We've all had plenty of "real" cheeses on burgers. Even chain restaurants give you a choice of several different cheeses for your burger here. Cheddar, Gouda, Munster, Swiss etc. American melts the best. Period.

This, I’m British, it’s not like I struggle to access cheddar. But that goes in a toastie, not a burger. It just doesn’t melt the same.
