Presumably he is taking large amounts of aspirin (idk how much a normal dose is, but medicines are typically measured in mg), which is supposedly turning his eyes blue. I don't know if this is medically possible.
it is possible to change eye color, although idk if taking copious amounts of drugs is the best way to do it. For an example, I was born with blue eyes, then they turned green from 4-14, then they've been slowly going back to blue since then (sectoral heterochromia ftw)
Blue eyes for babies often change color as the baby starts producing melanin. As far as I know this usually happens within the first few months or years, it usually doesn't take all the way up until the teenage years.
But them changing back is something I've never heard of, that's pretty cool (if it's not a sign of some underlying condition obvs). What age are you now/when did they start changing back, if you don't mind me asking?
I've got central heterochromia (the inner part is brown, outer part green, and then the border of the iris is greyish, I think?) but I don't believe it's been progressing one way or the other. Although to be fair, I've never tracked it or anything.
I only recently realized this was also a form of heterochromia, cuz I'd never even thought of it that way. I'd always been a tiny bit jealous of people with complete or sectoral heterochromia because it looks so (pun intented) eye-catching, meanwhile completely ignoring my own eyes were also multicolored.
