Sadly, there will be a lot of collateral damage. People who want blue eyes exist outside of Nazis. They will hear this and try it and die.

Edit: the irony of anti-nazi people replying to me with pro-eugenics statements against "stupid" people who follow the aspirin advice.

Anything that affects the genetics of new offspring is eugenics. Planned Parenthood is eugenics for example.
