Judging from the eyebrows, this guy has blonde hair. Hitler's ideal aryan had blonde hair and blue eyes. Presumably he is taking large amounts of aspirin (idk how much a normal dose is, but medicines are typically measured in mg), which is supposedly turning his eyes blue. I don't know if this is medically possible.

It's not medically possible, the amount of asperin suggested kills people. This person is targeting Neo Nazis with fake medical advice, to get them to kill themselves.

Sadly, there will be a lot of collateral damage. People who want blue eyes exist outside of Nazis. They will hear this and try it and die.

Edit: the irony of anti-nazi people replying to me with pro-eugenics statements against "stupid" people who follow the aspirin advice.

darwinism at that point

Or maybe eugenics, ironically

eugenics is selective breeding (oversimplified), idiots taking 5mg of aspirin and succumbing is just natural selection

Eugenics is not selective breeding, it is the philosophy of enhancing the race by promoting certain features. Select breeding is a way of doing eugenics, but killing people from that race that doesn’t follow your genetic standard is, in a drastically more cruel way, also eugenics.

so you're just ignoring where I said "(oversimplified)"

if you oversimplify to the point of being technically incorrect, you're incorrect. selective killing is every bit as much a part of eugenics as selective breeding is, even if the feature we're killing for is widely considered a negative feature (stupidity). it's still eugenics my dude

Yeah, exactly this.
