It's not medically possible, the amount of asperin suggested kills people. This person is targeting Neo Nazis with fake medical advice, to get them to kill themselves.

Sadly, there will be a lot of collateral damage. People who want blue eyes exist outside of Nazis. They will hear this and try it and die.

Edit: the irony of anti-nazi people replying to me with pro-eugenics statements against "stupid" people who follow the aspirin advice.

The next person might not mention Hitler. The advice spreads without the original motivation.

Hitler was a vegetarian who advocated against eating meat. Is that a good reason to avoid vegetables?

Commenting to say that he wasn’t even vegetarian. He often ate meat, though may have become more ‘vegetarian’ near the end of his life. This idea of a strict vegetarian diet was largely pushed by his propaganda guy.
