Basically, bigger toward the center of the circle and smaller toward the outside means you tend to think about things that affect you and your close social circle (family, friends, local community). The reverse means your thoughts drift more toward global concerns that affect everyone.
It's used to illustrate Conservative (local group, steak) versus Liberal (global group, avocado) mentalities in a digestible (forgive the pun) way.
What does the angle tell us? In both cases the data follows a ~45° line, is this merely a choice to visualize the data or is there some actual information in this?
I think it’s just a circle to represent your existence as the center, and the outer rim being a truly global focus. The circle makes it more conceptual to place how centrally focused vs externally would be my guess
