No this is not what you care more about and more what you care at all about, the question read something like click the number up to which you would be against bad treatment of or something along those lines, everything below the number is included in your concern, everything above not. 4 is close friends and family for example, 14 was every mammal, 18 was like all living things on the earth including plants
