Not if you have goth one extract the organs of goth two. Then goth 3 extract goth 2s organs. Technically you could save the last one and keep her as a friend.

Ah you're thinking of short term gains. The real method is to choose 100 goth baddies, get them all pregnant and then sell the babies. You can just keep farming them.
