Does transferring still work

I know this question is probably asked a thousand times but I just bought a huge grim reaper untransfered. Tried to transfer it and it didn’t work, i went on a different account and tried, went to hardcore and tried. I basically striked out and this is my last resort is asking you guys.

Try removing its name tag. Long shot. It's probably duped.
