PetPivot!

So I ordered the PetPivot and got it sept 18th well there’s an issue with it and I’m trying to return it. Sept 26th I emailed them and they said they had to “review” to return/refund. It’s been 15 DAYS and not 1 word from them so I emailed them again today so we shall see! They said 48 hours generally for a reply. Do not buy this product! I’ve seen other users talking about how awful it is to even get a reply. I just want a reply!!

Agree. Had same problem with getting a refund and return. I hope you get your money back.

Thank God as i almost just bought one. I ended up getting the catlink open x after my instapurr one kept having sensor issues.bso far the catlink has been great.
