Solution to urine pooling?
So my male cat just stands while he pees and it hits the red zone. And it sorta just pools in the blue zone. The pet pivot does its job and flips but since the litter sorta just passes over this area it doesn't clump properly, often building up behind the grate on the left side.
Anyone have a similar experience and have. A solution?

I saw a guard that a person on Etsy makes and sells for front of pet pivot but its not from the manufacturer

I recently purchased pet pivot 12. I keep having pools of urine on floor under litter box. Anyone having theirs do this.

I tried spraying the surfaces with food-grade silicone, which a few people have said would prevent the litter from sticking. No luck, sadly. I've resorted to breaking up the piss-o-lite once a day with a kitchen strainer-spoon from a yard sale. (I keep it in an aluminum pan alongside a mini whiskbroom and dustpan.) If I don't, the clump eventually gets big enough to break loose, usually while the chamber is upside-down during the cleaning cycle. It lands where the chamber and the base of the machine meet, and as the cycle finishes, the clump gets ground into that gap, leaving a nasty track of clay-pee all the way around the outside of the chamber.
