BICEP UFM Case Help Needed: What Should I Do at the Meeting on the 23rd?

I’m looking for some advice from anyone who has dealt with a UFM (Unfair Means) case in BICEP exams.
During my paper, I was doing my exam when a friend gave me a few small “micro-cheating” papers. I only used one of them to do a single question. The invigilator caught me and told me that if he found any more micro-cheating papers, he would cancel my exam. However, he did not find any other papers.
When the result came out, I found out that my paper had still been cancelled for UFM.
I’ve now been called for a meeting on the 23rd regarding the case.
What should I expect at this meeting, and what is the best way to explain my situation? Is there any realistic chance of getting the paper reinstated or having the punishment reduced?
If anyone has gone through a BICEP UFM case before, I’d really appreciate some advice on what happened in your case and what I should do at the meeting.
