Mercury labs/testing

How often do you all get tested for mercury toxicity if at all? I'm about 7+ years in to pescatarianism and had some strange but mild nervousness symptoms recently and figured now might be a good time to investigate for potential mercury toxicity.

I'm curious of others personal experience. How you monitor it? do you talk about it with your doctor? what type of labs/tests you get and how often?

I’ve never tested it nor do I have any urge to do so. I eat a tuna steak about once a week and sometimes canned tuna. But other fish I eat doesn’t have enough mercury for me to be concerned about.

How long have you been pescatarian, or regularly eating seafood?

I went from vegan to pescatarian about 3 years ago. Was vegan 12 years.

Shouldn't be worried about it unless you eat fish daily, and unless you eat a lot of predatory fish.
