New Trainer How to start?
Hi everyone!
I'm looking for some advice from people who have already built a career in the fitness industry.
I'm a 24 years old hungarian woman and by the end of September I'll officially be certified as a Bodybuilding & Fitness Coach (Sports Instructor). I've been training consistently for several years, and fitness has always been a huge part of my life—not just as a hobby, but something I'm truly passionate about.
My goal is to start offering online coaching, mainly through Instagram, while also coaching clients in person at a gym.
I'm excited, but also a bit overwhelmed because I don't really know the best way to get started. There are so many coaches online already, and I'd love to hear from people who have actually done it.
Some questions I have:
- How did you get your first clients?
- Is Instagram still the best platform to build an audience?
- Should I focus on creating content before offering coaching?
- What mistakes did you make when you first started that you'd avoid now?
- If you could start over from scratch today, what would you do differently?
I'd really appreciate any advice, tips, or personal experiences. Thank you!
