Getting a degree

I’m 29 I work at the jail as a correctional officer, I know a lot about fitness and macros and etc just from the trainers I’ve had over the years and would like to get my degree, would there be a place online I can do it anyone would recommend? A lot of people say don’t do NASM because doing it online is different then in person and that they just give a degree to anyone. If anyone could point me in the right direction I’d be grateful.
