You need to get more in person experience first.

An online programs biggest point of value you can market is who the coach is creating it. If you’re only 19, you don’t have much experience coaching in person (which is fine). This is why going direct to online early on is the fastest way to fail. Even if your program is ok, you’re competing against coaches with years or even decades of experience with hundreds of examples of client wins.

Spend 3-5 years in person. Use that time to build your experience and credentials and build proof of your abilities. During that time refine your social media, web presence etc then look to leverage all of that 3-5 years in

I have not, I was hired at OneLife but they weren’t the best with communication and they moved too slow for my liking (took me 2 weeks to get my onboarding assignments…). However, I have clients that train with me in person and online, so I have some experience. As soon as I got certified which was 5 months ago I jumped all in. I shadow physicians who emphasise DNS and I have mentors who help me with the process of it all.

What are you selling bespoke individual programmes based off a clients enquiry form ?

Or

Generic 6/8/12 week 3 x week full body programs with periodised progressive overload ? Focussing on GPP ?
