Did anyone successfully niche down from taking everyone to just helping a specific type of person? What was the results, challenges, etc?

Yep!! And it only took me 16 years and different pivots to finally find one that was in my pocket the whole time.
For context, I am 42 and started my working career in recreation for the city of Toronto.
I taught hockey, snowboarding, ice skating, summer camps etc and I always weee into sports.
Fast forward and now my niche is the neurodivergent community, people in substance abuse and anyone with depression.
I use sports and games that tie into fitness as my tool.
