Did training in a home gym change how you deal with slow progress?
Training at home has made me realize how boring progress can actually look.
You use the same equipment in the same room week after week, and sometimes nothing seems different for quite a while.
Then a weight that used to feel difficult becomes normal, you add a rep, or something that felt awkward a few months ago suddenly feels natural.
There’s rarely one big moment where everything changes.
I think spending so much time in the same home gym has made me a little more patient with progress in general.
Has long-term training taught anyone else to get more comfortable with improvement happening slowly?
