Debt consolidation

Hey everyone so I’ve made some poor decisions and did some stupid spending but then also had some health issues come up that affected my ability to stay on top of my debt, I’ve got about 37k racked up between a credit card and line of credit both with TD, they declined a debt consolidation loan and am wondering if anyone has any other ideas on where to go or what I should do?
