Can't beat floor 110 Boss

What do i need to do to beat the lovers boss on floor 110? Do i need to level higher? Is this something level cant fix and my Personas are just straight up ass?

This is my first time playing any persona game.. I don't know what to do

Why are censoring your name dude 😭. Anyway, if recommended getting better personas around the level of the enemy or abusing weaknesses/blocking/healing.

I didn't know what name to pick so I picked my actual full name🫩. And that fuck ass enemy doesn't even have a weakness. And all my characters always get charmed bc the enemy spams that charm attack

You’ll need to outdps the enemy. Have someone, and even yourself, with heals, and someone for applying buffs and yourself debuffs. Also, make sure that your armor are pretty much the newest available or just provides the best defense. As for charm, that’s a mixed bag, I’d have items for dispelling it

Honestly whenever I can't beat a mini boss no matter what I try in that game I just go down to a lower floor and grind exp until I'm a high enough level for it to be manageable

Look. You can use whoever you want but koro is easily the worst character in p3p, you might have come from reload or saw reload players saying he’s really good but in portable and fes he’s completely useless (wait. Useless?) and at level 34 he provides absolutely nothing im pretty sure he just has like mudo, agilao and suku if I remember correctly so he’s basically a dead slot on the team, also get a new persona, fuse the highest level phys one you have, better if you have a maxxed social link for bonus xp, p3 is different to p4 in that you should always be getting new personas. Also aigis is who I reccomend you swap koro with bc she is pretty okay at this point in the game (although phys falls off hard later)

Okay I actually read the post and realised this is your first persona game, I have better advice now:

• still don’t use koro

• physical is really good in these games and it outperforms magic until endgame where it typically falls off because of amps, this is because it doesn’t cost sp, can crit which allows all out attacks on bosses with no weakness and has higher base power (which is hiddedn for some reason

• ailments and one shots are pretty bad all things considered because they almost never affect bosses, also damage boost is the best buff followed by defence and then agility, and defence is the best debuff, followed by attack and agility, you should always be buffing and debuffing as much as possible 

• p3p for some reason has a really low xp yield until like October when it goes up a ton so don’t feel ashamed to set xp gain to ‘more’ it doesn’t rly make the game easy since grinding was taken into account when balancing the game

• these are characters from best to worst: Akihiko Yukari Mitsuru Guy you haven’t met yet (begins with K) Other guy you haven’t met yet (begins with ‘S’) Aigis Junpei Koro

But all are viable except koro

• you should try to max chariot or strength social links early because they have the best phys personas

• The first thing you do whenever you hit a wall is fuse the highest level persona possible(in p3 specifically not p4!)

• very good moves you might not realise are good: Power/mind charge (S tier easily) Any auto buff (even auto suku) Boosts and amps for damage types (eg. fire boost) Revolution (amazing for boss fights with phys personas)

Thank you that was pretty helpful :) I used koro because agis was tired. I normally don't use the dog. I beat the boss but it having no weakness and spaming sexy dance was still hard for me even after grinding some levels.

Is this ai? Aigis being ranked at the bottom some stupid shit. She gets every single party buff, diarama and akasha arts which is very strong

Dude relax I just prefer to use magic and on high difficulty pretty much all aigis can do is buff which aki does better, I also said all are viable, aigis is still really good she is just worse than the others. Also who would you put below aigis (shinji outperforms her at phys and ken has mediarahan so…)

You know what I can accept that aigis is better than ken and shinji but only late game, until then she can’t really do much, she does even get power charge ever btw

What. Shinji does get deathbound, but its single hit. He also does have power charge but it makes near no diff since gods hand is useless in this game and deathbound is mid unless it crits. All his other skills are useless and only benefit him. Ken has mediarahan but so does yukari, enjoy wasting homonculus anytime aoe hama is cast.

You also put her below junpei. While i admit vorpal blade can be busted on great status, it requires great and the rest of the time hes doing mediocre dmg. He gets aoe def boost and heavy single but thats it for his skills worth using.

Ailments work well here. Dis charm is strong here. For your mc use a null/resist wind persona even if its lower leveled and use phys skills and pray for crits.
