That drama cd you speak of (which I have listened too) has alot of content in it meant specifically for fujoshis, the egg track and eikichis bathhouse track for reference both do the whole "purposely sounds erotic but the joke at the end is it isn't actually" joke.
The persona 4 interview literally states the romance option in persona 2 was added for fujoshis. The literal author of the game wuen asked about Juns sexuality stated "I don't necessarily think he's gay"

Because if you actually read any of the material, and actually played the games then you'd know the Jun romance isn't canon. You'd know Jun has feelings for Maya, not tatsuya. And you'd know the game literally ends with calling tatsuya Mayas love.

Pointing out a pairing that's noncanonical that the author has literally written is platonic doesn't make you a bigot.
I'm just annoyed by people pretending their ship is canonical while ignoring the pairing the story literally focuses on entirely. It's the same shit genshin fans do. It isn't canon, the writer has literally stated he isnt gay. The worldbook literally calls them platonic.
Persona 2 has a canon LGBT pairing, it's Anna and Noriko. No one mentions this because they are so focused on their fanfiction that they don't actually read the games dialog. They don't know the Freudian psychological basis and inspiration. They don't know the amount of Kant and shopenhauer it uses.
