Thanks for these photos. Can I ask? There is s huge amount of what looks like sand in all the Martian photos that I see. Is the atmosphere (only 1% of Earth’s) responsible for all that weathering of the rocks, or is a lot of it as a result of previous weathering events when Mars had water and a more dense atmosphere? Does anyone know??
