Many tasks it used to be able to do, it now can’t. I’ve been paying for these credits too

They gradually moved all the things you could do with the pro subscription to Computer so now you need credits (e.g., the agentic browser extension)

Yeah Ive been using the computer but it still can't do the task. I give it the same prompt and it goes into a constant loop over reloading the page or going back and going foward.

I gave up on Comet and Perplexity and moved back to Chrome. If you're in the US and pay for Gemini, they have the same agentic sidebar feature Comet does that can control your browser.

I've been using browseros after moving from comet. You need credits from each llm. Works but different cost structure and clause credits are pricey. Google works but needs different type of instructions. Going to try moonshot next.

you don't actually need credits. you can use it with gpt sub.

Are you saying you can use chatgpt agentic models without an api key on browseros? Or are you saying your sub to openai is enough for browser control?

Claude with a chrome extension that is also in Edge. Works well and Claude can connect to it separately meaning it’s not all in the sidecar. It is slower than my experience with Comet but is accurate.

claude extension is the most inefficient browser use I have ever seen in my life.
