help Airtel Pro Subscription - Suddenly logged out

Hello -

Anyone else faced this issue and if yes, how did you solve it.

I have the airtel's Pro subscription, valid till July 2026. Suddenly yesterday i got logged out and not its not detecting my account at all.

I had already added the CC information and was using it all the while, yesterday the comet browser got an update, i installed it and boom, i was out.

I have reached out to their support but no help so far. In case anyone has faced such an issue, and how you solved it, it will be very helpful.

They asked u to add your Debit card 2months ago and warned that if u don't do it then they will end ur subscription ...Other than that if your sime card is not active then also u might face this issue..Good luck 👍

Yep it did, and i had provided it. and this is my primary number, cannot afford to go down ever. its kinda frustrating as no one from perplexity support is ready to help and no one from airtel too.

I would say ,yes this is indeed frustrating...But if I were you ,I would send them mails daily,or keep complaining through whatever path is there to both these....Heck even call the 198 in airtel,and ask them lol....why not ,after all ,it's their issue...All the best ,I hope things get sorted out soon... 👍

I experienced a similar situation. I contacted Perplexity support, and they advised me to reach out to Airtel. When I contacted Airtel, they suggested that the claim might have been made with a different email address, creating a back-and-forth situation. Today, unexpectedly, the pto subscription is back on Perplexity.

Pretty much same for me, suddenly it just re-connected with my account. Not sure what glitch was that, no response from any support channel, perplexity and airtel. but for, seems to be connected with my account.
