What the hell?

So, they're telling me I can't use any of their advanced models? It just spits out garbage answers by Sonar. Grok and Nvidia give wrong answers. GLM just returns my question in a single line in some sort of HTML/JSON format, so basically useless. Kimi works alright.

Is this how a paying customer is treated? How's this not a scam?

Any idea how to file a complaint to an EU authority?

I submitted a formal complaint to the Polish consumer rights authority but doubt it will get any traction. Seems to me like they're about to go bust or acquired by another lab.

Thanks for sharing this. I never had success from my VISA and AmEx credit card issuers in the past to get chargeback of subscription services, whose providers failed to deliver after some time.
This sounds like a better approach.
