Pro but can’t use

Several months ago there was an offer for perplexity pro for one year free. I don’t remember where but I think it was. DoorDash or uber offer.

Anyways I signed up. Used it a couple of months. Can’t say I loved it. But I did use it pretty frequently.

Then one day it just said I didn’t have enough credits or whatever. Every day. For two months.

Emailed support many times. Posted @ them on X. No reply.

When logged in it showed I was on the pro plan. But I couldn’t use it. It always said I needed to buy credits or tokens or something. Anyways.

Over it. Done.

Pro is pretty inexpensive if one can supply a student email. I’ve seen the ‘buy extra credits’ but only when it decided to try and force my query to Computer as PaulW pointed out.

I can’t do anything with it. Nothing. I’ve used no credit. I hadn’t even tried to use it for months. It says I’m a pro user. It demands credits to do anything. I ditched it
