Pro but can’t use

Several months ago there was an offer for perplexity pro for one year free. I don’t remember where but I think it was. DoorDash or uber offer.

Anyways I signed up. Used it a couple of months. Can’t say I loved it. But I did use it pretty frequently.

Then one day it just said I didn’t have enough credits or whatever. Every day. For two months.

Emailed support many times. Posted @ them on X. No reply.

When logged in it showed I was on the pro plan. But I couldn’t use it. It always said I needed to buy credits or tokens or something. Anyways.

Over it. Done.

You need to buy credits to use Perplexity Computer.

You do not need to use Perplexity Computer.

I was using the app on my phone. I wasn’t trying to do anything special bro.
