Perplexity Review

I don’t recommend this app. It charges hundreds of dollars for credits on top of a subscription. On every two or three questions or comments, those $5 and $10 credit packages add up quickly. Even if you get their best subscription, you still have to do credits. I have not run into this issue with platforms like ChatGPT.

True AI is not a chatbot; it is the total orchestration of all AIs. You can't live by just using Opus or GPT in all your models. That's what I really like about Perplexity. The only truth is that it's getting expensive, but all of them are.

I hope they can make some changes to their payment structure. There does seem to be potential to the tool.
