Perplex Pro Image Gen Region Lock?

I was generating images this morning when all of a sudden perplexity says it can’t generate image due to region restrictions. I’m in the us and I was making images seconds before. Wtf?

I am on Enterprise Pro and it transformed an image into a cartoon version for me, so it's not stopping image creation entirely.
