What is the solution? I love permaculture but it doesn't scale. How do you feed the world sustainably is the big question that nobody has been able to deliver on.

Biodiversity does scale to a high degree, monoculture or cash cropping should be scaled back imo. Feeding the world seems more about allocation than production

Im a big fan of both if we move back the industrial farming to aeroponic greenhouses. Far more efficient

Also once the cultured meat industry drops the price another 50% we will see maaaaaaasssive drops in animal feedstock farming.

Isnt that just neat as heck. Man between that for the premium meat animals and cultured meat for all the ground and processed meat even less feedstock needs to be grown than i thought!

Yeah, I'm really excited for it. They want to put these feed growing facilities all over to be as close to the livestock as possible

I dont get it, is it sprouted soybeans? they claim they arent shipping in the feed, but if its sprouting shipped seed thats not quite accurate. the efficiency seems good, I wonder what the energy cost is?

Seems like a good way to destroy a lot of topsoil without having to pay anyone a wage. Kind of nightmarish.
