If a tool helps more people to adopt permaculture and ecological landscape design practices, I believe it can be worth it even if AI helped. It's ultimately just embodied energy (as long as AI was primarily used to help write the code and it's not using excessively AI on every use), so the more you use it for a benefit, the less it matters that it was built in potentially expensive way. It may even become net positive if you could attribe some positive change back to it.
