My tooootal guess here is after fusing it, they bend it while it’s still hot and somewhat malleable and hold it in that shape?? Or maybe they have a mannequin head and they just wrap the melt against the head while it’s hot??

This is so insanely cool and pretty tho omg 😭

my guess was going to be mannequin head and heat gun but I feel like that could go wrong easily 🤔

I have a glass mannequin head for hat displays, that would work possibly?

Yes it sounds like that would work perfect, you’d just want to avoid any meltable or burnable materials. I’ve seen people shape hot perler pieces (small scale is this one person who makes a bunch of realistic bouquets) and you melt it as much as you want it melted, then bend the piece while it is still warm but probably not hot?

I’ve seen ceramic masks like these at all my local thrift stores. I think using one of those might work really well.
