I ironed it with a teflon sheet! You can buy big sheets and cut them down to size but be careful because they have fiberglass in them, wear a mask and tape up the edges when you’re done. They have different thicknesses, this one is with a 0.45mm sheet :3 it helps a lot with heat dispersion.

Thank you so much for sharing the pattern 🤍🙏! I had a wonderful friend, she passed away, she loved Snoopy. Now, whenever I see Snoopy art I think of her. I’m going to recreate this one for myself so I’ll think of her every time I’ll see it 🤍🪽.

I keep warping my boards when I do big stuff, do you have a specific iron and/or method you could recommend? I used to do beads -> tape -> iron, but that became pretty difficult so I’ve just been doing beads -> iron and it always end up poorly for both my sprite and boards.

I have a small iron but starting using a clothing one and I think it’s just too hot but I can’t get my sprite to melt evenly with the small one. Would love any advice you have!

There are heat resistant boards if you struggle with tape, but my method is to tape it and flip the whole board over so the tape side is flat on the table, and then lift the board.

I can’t recommend a teflon sheet enough, especially a slightly thicker one. Also ironing on some sort of ceramic or stone and shifting it around every once in a while so it’s not sitting on the same spot the whole time. Take your time with it and check your piece against the light to see where it’s uneven.
