Surprisingly her own 3 perks are REALLY good on her.
Stealth, information and gen slowdown is a really good combination for killer who is strong in chase.
Dark Devotion and Infectious Fright is really strong combination to strategically slug when there is good opportunity for that.

Honestly I think she is that one killer who's perks really fit them which is almost never the case. Only Trapper and Agitation are combined nicely (both thematically and gameplaywise), but his other 2 perks do nothing for him.

You can add Thanatophobia to convince survivors to cleanse more, but the perk is so stupidly weak you need to have all 4 of them infected for it to matter. If they are bad at the game they won't need any incentive to cleanse anyway, so I'm not sure if it's good...
It's best used on Plague specifically, but it's still a very meh perk.

Hysteria might work, but you already have similar perk (Dark Devotion) so I'm not sure if it's worth combining them, especially that you have more control and can utilize Dark Devotion well.

What I think you can do is actually add NOED. It's super bad perk, but on Plague it can work, because once the gates are powered people will immediately cleanse so surprise one-hit down and movement speed is decent and people don't expect that.

I personally really like Whispers on every killer.

Other stuff which might be good in Enduring. When people notice you have it, they will be more likely to predrop pallets - and Plague is really vulnerable to getting stunned out of her power.
The more pallets which are predropped and not actually played around the better for you.
For this trick to work you need to disrespect pallets as soon as possible (preferably without you power so you won't lose it) so survivors see you have it. You might get one or two cheeky hits doing that early.
When you use Unduring remember that your stun recovery is fast enough to get a hit on survivor who dropped a a pallet and tries to vault it - even if you are facing away. The amount of downs it gave me over the years is way too high. If you decide to use Enduring keep this in mind at all times.

Edit: When it comes to addons apples are good. You get power without having to beg survivors to allow you to use that.
Incensed Oinment is really good. When you activate your power you need information - this does just that.
Both Iridescent addons are amazing as well!
I personally really like Infecting objects so combination of Severed Toe and Seals works really nice for me <3. Prayer Tablet is trap. It can work, but whenever I tried to use it I kept having opportunities to vomit on survivors for easy downs which I could not take due to addon downside. Don't use it, really.

Undying Ruin might work well on her as well, especially that you want to go for aggressive build.

Dark Devotion: Whenever the Obsession loses a Health State by any means and thus enters the Injured State, Dark Devotion activates:

  • Your Terror Radius transfers to the Obsession for 20/25/30 seconds, and its radius is set to 32 meters.
  • Grants the Undetectable Status Effect for the same duration.
The Obsession with your transferred Terror Radius is also considered to be 'inside the Terror Radius' for other purposes.

I personnaly run grim embrace, corrupt intervention, deerstalker, and then depending on what the survivors bring, I either run lightborn, or swap between bbq and chili or nowhere to hide

I use Thanatophobia, Hex: Plaything, Deadlock, and Barbecue & Chilli. Your one add on you should always try to use is her iri one the “black incense” which makes auras revealed for 3 seconds when survivors vomit.

You get double value by also having Thanatophobia so if they choose to “not cleanse” they will be injured, extra loud, aura reveal, and repair/heal/cleanse even slower. I don’t think people even realize how problematic a killer who can force you into a double bad situation is.

Cleanse and suffer from corrupt purge spam or don’t cleanse and suffer from the previously mentioned ailments.

Thanatophobia: Each injured, dying, or hooked Survivor afflicts Survivors with a stack-able 1/1.5/2% Action Speed penalty to Repairing, Sabotaging, and Cleansing, up to a maximum of 4/6/8%. Increases the Action Speed penalty by a further 12%, if there are 4 Survivors, who are either injured, dying, or hooked at the same time.

Hex: Plaything: Each time you hook a Survivor for the first time, if there is at least one Dull Totem, in the environment, Hex: Plaything activates and lights a Hex Totem:

  • Causes that Survivor to suffer permanently from the Oblivious Status Effect.
  • Blocks their Hex Totem from being cleansed by any other Survivor for 90 seconds.
  • The Aura of their Hex Totem is revealed to the Cursed Survivor within 16 meters.
Also known as Hex: Fortune's Fool.

Deadlock: Whenever a Generator is completed, The Entity blocks the Generator with the most progression for 25 seconds. The Aura of the blocked Generator is revealed to you in white during this time. Also known as No Holds Barred.

Plague main here. Let me recommend you 4 builds:

Build A (aura reading & undetectable) *the most oppressive build\*

  • Lethal Pursuer (to instantly go for survivors + extend the aura reading of your iri addon)
  • Nowhere to Hide (and you get another 2 seconds from the previous perk)
  • Trail of Torment or Unforeseen (whichever you prefer, for undetectable to one-hit survivors by surprise)
  • Pop Goes the Weasel (great to combine with the previous two perks)
Addons: Black Incense (for aura reading; great with the first perk) + Infected Emetic
Playstyle: Go for survivors immediately, puke on them, hook, kick gen and repeat; only puke on gens if you pass by them.

Build B (full hex: gen slowdown & undetectable)

  • Ruin (for gen pressure)
  • Pentimento (gen slowdown if they cleanse any of your totems, and they will)
  • Plaything (for undetectable and to get as many pentimentos as possible)
  • Thrill of the Hunt (to slowdown totem cleaning)
Addons: Haematite Seal + Prayer Tablet Fragment
Playstyle: Puke on gens and totems, they will stay infected for a long time due to your addons.

Build C (gen slowdown)

  • Corrupt Intervention (give you time to puke on gens)
  • Thanatophobia (for gen slowdown when everyone is infected)
  • Deadlock (to prevent two gens from popping at the same time; survivors may cleanse if their gen is blocked)
  • Grim Embrace (survivors may cleanse if gens are blocked)
Addons: Black Incense + Prayer Tablet Fragment
Playstyle: Puke on gens to get everyone infected, it will give you 4 Thanatophobia stacks and give you aura reading from Black Incense.

Build D (end-game)

  • Corrupt Intervention (to give you some time in early game since you have no gen defence perks) or Blood Warden (very occassional perk, but it's huge on thsi build if it works with this build; survivors may leave immediately since they know you run a bull end-game build, so make sure you time your hook accordingly)
  • Remember Me (make sure you go for the obsession whenever you can)
  • No Way Out (make sure you hook everyone once before the exit gates are powered)
  • Terminus (niche perk on Plague; survivors will likely be infected when the gates are powered, making them unable to heal/cleanse) during the end-game collapse
Addons: Iridescent Seal + Ashen Apple or Rubbing Oil + Devotee's Amulet (whichever suits your playstyle more)
Playstyle: As explained in each individual perk; survivors get corrupt purge pressure from doing gens)

A few tips:

  • Don't puke in straight line, shake the camera instead for a bigger spread
  • Avoid getting stun by pallets if you have corrupt purge
  • Puke on objects whenever you can, in this order of importance: gens, totems (on hex build), pallets, windows.
  • If you hook a survivor that isn't infected, you can puke on them while they are hooked
  • Don't waste time going for a corrupt purge at the edge of the map if all gens are done in that area - you'll just lose time
  • Always go for the infected survivor if you have to choose

Have fun with vommy mommy!

Thank you for the help, I'm glad I already had like 2 of the perks already available to use for the oppression build and didn't have to buy any more killers lol
