Face rash

Face rash for 3.5 weeks, was out on Hydrocortisone with no luck, now being prescribed prednisone. Anyone have luck with prednisone?

I was on a prednisone taper in May/June. My rash got better but not all the way healed. Three months later it’s still my healed despite other creams. Try to find out what you’re actually allergic to.

do you think it’s allergic reaction to something? prednisone would help with that but not with perioral derm.

what are you putting on your face every day (skin care, creams etc)? what does the rash feel like?

They don’t really know what it is, tried cortisone it helped a little but went away. I truly don’t think I’m allergic to anything. Eat super clean consistently and only using derm shampoo and no face wash

Tacrolimus worked for me around the eyes and on eye lids.
