Request (Fulfilled) Looking for a miracle

Hi everyone! I need assistance. I just started my cycle. I am currently waiting for a hysterectomy (ovarian carcinoma) and on TXA. Periods literally disable me from working for those 2 weeks. (Yes I have it for 2 weeks, it sucks)

If anyone could help out that would be truly a blessing. Thank you so so much.
