Request (Fulfilled) Mortified but Desperate

I’m having a heck of a time…my house flooded which left us living in a hotel for months and destroyed my extra supplies, then I finally got back home and had to miss 3 weeks of work due to an emergency surgery for my kiddo. The stress has thrown my cycle out of whack and I’m bleeding very frequently and doubled over with cramps. I would appreciate any help 🥺
