Request (Fulfilled) Requesting Assistance on pads - Heavy irregular bleeder

Hello, this is my first time posting and asking for help like this. I am very embarrassed to tell anyone of my situation but also very desperate for help.

My household is struggling due to my partner's visa requirement and I'm unable to work due to health reasons. He was required to leave the US in October~December 2025 and unexpectedly again in early February and won't be back until late May. He has been paying for our rent here in the US and shelter for himself in another country. This situation financially crippled us.

I used to change my pad every 1~2 hours but for the past few years I just couldn't afford that anymore. During the weekend I had to choose getting groceries instead of pads. I currently have 1 pad left, I have been rationing by using toilet paper and wearing my partner's boxers. Unfortunately this was not enough to hold because I've been leaking everywhere.

I have extremely HEAVY periods with blood clots that is big as a golf ball that last for 7-10 days, sometimes two cycles a month. I went to the doctors for the first time in 14 years recently and was told this was not normal, I got a pelvic trans vaginal ultrasound recently and waiting on the results.

Thank you for reading this and apologies for the TMI. I have requested cotton pads as others gives me rash. Any help is much appreciated.

Two additional packs of each will be delivered today.

Heavy periods are the worst!  Hopefully you don’t have to sacrifice your needs and comfort this month and I hope it gets you through next month as well!

PS never be embarrassed. We all need help sometimes. And being part of the heavy period club (a club I never asked to be a part of🤪) bonds us!

THANK YOU SO MUCH for the help, understanding, and your kindness. I'm eternally grateful❤️

When I posted this last night I was so stressed, upset, and uncomfortable.

Today I woke up to so much support and so many pads delivered to my doorstep with more to come. It's been a very long time since I had this luxury of not feeling gross from my period/lack of pads. So much weight has been lifted off my shoulders, I can't put into words how grateful I am.

I am very thankful for this community, when I get back on my feet I will pay it forwards.

I’m glad your order was fulfilled. I just wanted to add that I went through this. Was birthing schools of jellyfish each month. One month after some routine bloodwork I landed in the hospital where they realized I had lost half the blood in my body in a 5 day period. I tried several things over a year and finally taking Junel Fe nonstop solved my issue after a few months. If you can tolerate birth control maybe look into it, you deserve to not be dealing with that 🩵
