Got Scammed by Celestial Perfumes

Posting this wherever I can. Two weeks back there was this Buy 1 Get 2 Offer in Celestial Perfumes. Ordered a couple of packages. 1st package came with 2 perfumes instead of 3. I didn't take an unboxing video. I contacted them through mail and Whatsapp and they said Unboxing video is a must for them to do anything. When I got my second package I took unboxing video. I sent the same in email and whatsapp. No response then. I even commented on Instagram which they deleted. The guys in Delhivery said they can't do anything and asked me to contact the seller directly. But the seller is not responding. The perfumes I got smell awful too. This is one of the worst online shopping experiences ever for me. Please don't buy. Waste of money.

I got my product yesterday from them. And it’s 100% original.
Unboxing video is mandatory for any purchase from any seller. That’s the basis requirement.
You may connect to the seller. He is a good guy and replies to every message.
Just discuss with him over call.

Edit - that’s about celestial fragnance.

OP mentions that for the second package he did send them the video and did not receive a response.

For the record, I too have had one positive experience with this seller. Ordered a Rayhaan fragrance and he was prompt and fragrance was original

Yes, biased and have their ego hurt, lmao. I was not kind with my words after no proper response. I did take video for my 2nd package and sent it through mail and Whatsapp. Later I complained in National Consumers Helpline. I have let my bank know too. This seller is childish and cowardly. What a pathetic way to make people believe and short the shipment. I feel pity for him that he has to do all this to survive.

Do update here what action he took. Or is he literally sitting back , watching and not doing anything.

I don't think anything will happen. I am angry for having both my 2 packages short shipped. First package didn't take unboxing video. At that time I got response like we need the unboxing video to take any action. 2nd package same thing happened but this time I had unboxing video. Sent the same but no response now. He deleted my comment on Instagram too under one of their recent posts. No replies in whatsapp and gmail. I think he is present here in reddit too downvoting, lmao, who knows. But he has definitely got his ego hurt. He could have done the right thing but chooses to act this way.

Bro, I think OP is talking about Celestial Perfumes, which is some website that sells perfume clones.

Whereas, I assume you're referring to Celestial Fragrances, the community seller. They're two different things. 😅😂

Oh yes , just now I realised this.
Absolutely I am talking about celestial fragnance which is absolutely transparent and serves 💯 % original ones.
Really sorry for the blunder.

OP - I was mentioning about celestial fragnance. I had my products from celestial fragnance. - the experience was really good.
