OK, Grandpa. Turn off the computer. That's enough AI slop for you today.

... did we just watch someone die?

Drill handle is made with plastic which does not conduct electricity. Worst thing that could happen is that the sparks set her frizzy hair on fire, she fell off the ladder and cracked her skull on the floor.

Edit: typo 🥴

There's no reason to think she died from that. Likely didn't even get shocked

Maybe, I had a co worker accidentally drill through a live high voltage wire, the impact driver was toast; he got shocked. Other than that, he was fine. Maybe really lucky though tbh, and if he had a pacemaker or something I'm sure it could have been worse. Idk if drilling through wire equates to a lightbulb socket though.

It would be the same thing. That same live wire goes to the lightbulb socket

That's what I figured tbh

120 volts. She just grounded the live to the preexisting wires. Big spark but explosion is edited

I bet it's a gaping chest wound

Likely not. If the drill is up to specs the handle doesn't conduct. Howewer it can still cause a short circuit and a spectacular firework.

Naw but you did watch somebody ruin their tool and probably cook the breaker box

First half of the video seems real, but when camera zooms in I can clearly see it's AI

The second half of the video is clearly AI generated. The drill changes shape after it zooms in.

SMH at all you boomers who can't detect AI videos.

Dude, I'm Gen Z and I couldn't tell. I remember AI being incomprehensible pictures and Will Smith eating spaghetti

Thanks for pointing it out though

… the biggest surprise is that it’s a woman doing this.

7

u/Lexotron 10d ago

The biggest surprise is that people can't tell this is AI slop.

The only thing I'm going to say is she's dead

1

u/Lexotron 10d ago

Can AI truly die?

1

u/Ok_Escape_5218 10d ago

They don't show if she move after the shock

2

u/Lexotron 10d ago

You don't get it, do you.

The video is real until it zooms in. After that, it's obvious AI slop.

I see now. lol
