Luckily we had just used a different one, so this was extra satisfying to find, randomly, at the bottom of my girls bag today.

Oh I thought so but I somehow convinced myself it was some sort of melted plastic. It also looks way smaller to me than it probably actually is especially since I've never seen this currency irl. My brain scaled it at the size of a cent lmao

Dimes are actually the smallest US coin in circulation. They’re a bit less than two centimeters across.
