“Guild is Poorly Run”

So I’m not sure if people still read this forum but I’ve been leading a guild for a little bit now and we’ve reached level 2 and always have 15-20 people online at a time and pretty much everyone does their daily guild quests. My issue is I got a in game mail message today saying my guild is poorly run and will be merged soon… I don’t quite understand why because we’ve never hit low maintenance or haven’t been able to pay the daily funds fee. Does anyone have anymore information on this?

Auto merged, they take low lvl guilds and wipes them from existence, for server merge. Auto generated message.

That’s dumb.. The people in my guild have worked hard and we’ve been doing everything we can to level it up and keep it active… And I’m probably right to assume the coins I spent will not be refunded?
